Outpatient Support Group - Renaissance Ranch Ogden - Outpatient Drug Treatment In Ogden, Utah

Renaissance Ranch Ogden is a trusted provider of outpatient substance abuse treatment. What separates us from the other treatment centers in Utah is that we use spiritual principles and practices in our drug and alcohol treatment and rehabilitation programs. We are dedicated to helping victims of addiction and giving them the best service. When we say victims of addiction, we are not only referring to those who abuse substances, but also to the families and friends of substance abusers.

Addiction, after all, is a disease that affects many people. It also chooses anyone, and certainly does not discriminate against color, age, gender, or status.

Knowledge is Power

At Renaissance Ranch Ogden, we strongly believe that knowledge is power. This is why we make sure each patient will not only be treated, but will also be equipped with the scientific and factual knowledge about alcohol addiction. This way, each patient can have a sustainable recovery.

Addiction is a complicated disease, and it is centralized in the midbrain (the part of the brain responsible for our survival instincts). Addiction does not only affect the midbrain—it also hijacks the prefrontal cortex (the part of the brain responsible for logic, values, and rationale). This means alcohol and drug addiction does not involve having the lack of willpower. It’s a serious disease, and those affected are sick and in desperate need of spiritual healing.

A Holistic Approach to Addiction Recovery

People have many reasons to turn to drugs and alcohol. Some try to medicate their physical problems, while others “numb” themselves to avoid psychological pain or spiritual emptiness. Individuals suffering from addiction often don’t know which area they need to fix, which is why we offer outpatient drug treatment in Ogden, focusing on all three areas of health: the mind, body, and spirit.

Our holistic approach to treatment includes the following:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Motivational Enhancement Therapy
  • Psycho Educational Therapy
  • Recreational Therapy
  • Group Psycho Therapy

When used in our Ogden outpatient substance abuse treatment, these treatment modalities can change and rectify broken lives, reunite shattered families, and much more. Our treatment, which is based on spiritual principles, can also help patients identify and heal underlying issues, educate not only our patients, but also the communities we live in, and assist our friends in rediscovering their worth.

Our experiences show that true healing can only take place on emotional, physical, and spiritual planes, and our approach in Ogden reflects that belief.

Intensive, Continuing Substance Abuse Treatment

We want to make sure each patient is completely clear of addiction, at a low risk for relapse, and remains sober for the rest of their lives. This is why we make sure to structure our programs according to intensive treatment, individual counseling, continuing care, and more.

Some of the therapeutic modalities we offer include treatment for:

  • Drugs, Alcohol, Prescription Drugs Addiction
  • Cognitive Behavioral Issues
  • Trauma
  • Abuse Survival
  • Anxiety And Depression
  • Relapse

Because of our knowledge and experience in each of these issues, we can customize treatment according to each patient requirement.

A Unique Combination of 12-Steps and Spiritual Principles

Our Ogden outpatient drug treatment center uses the traditional 12 Step approach combined with spiritual principles, because we believe that the path to a sober life involves spiritual healing. We have learned that being spiritually well restores any individuals hope!

Based on experiences and testimonials from our alumni, this approach has proven to be successful.

Studies have also shown that undergoing a maintenance and continued care program significantly increases the overall success of treatment, and ultimately permanent recovery. So we offer a realistic 12-month program, which guides each patient in their step-by-step recovery, with the end goal to help them transition into a new, clean life full of hope.

For those who might not know, outpatient treatment means that this treatment takes place away from an inpatient facility such as a hospital. When someone is having outpatient treatment, they are allowed to go home to sleep at night. They might come to the treatment facility during the day for sessions with counselors and for group therapy. There might even be a medication-assisted treatment to help someone break their addiction. They would not be expected to spend the night in a facility.

Individuals need outpatient treatment for their addiction when they think it is necessary for them; however, there are a few common signs. If someone's family and friends are complaining about their drinking or drug habit, they might need treatment. If someone feels guilty about their habits, they also might need treatment.
